Imposter syndrome will kill your career.
Here’s what nobody will tell you...
Every time you think:
- “I’m just NOT good enough…”
- “I could never do…”
- “That’s not who I am…”
Your brain is lying to you.
Remember the last time you had to speak in a meeting?
Or share an idea with someone important? Or challenge someone’s view?
That voice in your head probably said:
- “Stay quiet”
- “Play it safe”
- “Don’t attract attention”
Sound familiar?
Here’s the truth nobody talks about on the internet:
That voice? Those limitations? They’re NOT facts.
They’re just beliefs. And BELIEFS?
They’re just thoughts you’ve repeated so many times... your brain thinks they’re facts.
Let me show you how deep this goes:
1/ Beliefs run your life (secretly)
- Shape how you show up in meetings
- Control what opportunities you take
- Decide if you speak up or stay silent
2/ Beliefs are stories you inherited
- From that teacher who said “be quiet”
- From that time you stumbled on stage
- From watching others play small
3/ Beliefs create evidence
- Think you’re “not good enough”?
- Your brain will find proof
- Even when it’s NOT true
4/ Beliefs are protective lies
- Designed to keep you “safe”
- Built from old wounds
- But blocking your growth today
My entire life...
I acted SHY and SMALL because I used to believe:
I was born this way. It’s in my DNA. I’m socially awkward. And I will die this way.
But turned out… all that was a BIG FAT LIE.
And here’s what I know about you:
You’re not “just shy”
You’re not “naturally anxious”
You’re not “bad at speaking”
These are stories you’ve been hearing and telling yourself
And stories?
They can be rewritten.
